Travel and transfers
The ERA Regional Airline Conference 2025 will be held at the Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, Kalvebod Brygge 5, 1560 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Airport
Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup is the biggest airport in Denmark, with frequent international flights: https://www.cph.dk/en
Public transport
The nearest station to the event hotel is Hovedbanegården (Copenhagen Central Station) – approximately a 12-minute walk from the hotel.
At the airport, the train station is located in Terminal 3, with access to trains and the metro. Take Track 2 to Denmark, Copenhagen. Trains depart around every 10 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes in the evening and take around 30 minutes to get to the central station. Tickets cost around 30 DKK (€3–€5). Taxis
Taxis are available from outside Terminal 3 of Copenhagen Airport and will take around 20–30 minutes to get to the city centre, costing around 225–335 DKK (€30–€45). Uber is not available in Denmark.
Private transfers
Private transfers can be arranged via the hotel concierge to/from the airport.
- Luxury sedan: BMWi7 or Mercedes S-class designed for 1–3 passengers with up to 3 bags. Price: DKK1195
- Luxury van: Mercedes V-class for groups of 1–6 passengers with up to 8 bags. Price: DKK1295.
