Luis Rodrigues, TAP express operated by Portugália Airlines

Luís Rodrigues is Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of TAP Air Portugal since April 2023. 

He holds a degree in Economics and a MBA from Faculdade de Economia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Nova SBE), in 2003 he took the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and enrolled in the PhD in 2019, in Political Science, at the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas da Universidade de Lisboa (suspended for professional reasons). 

Maarten Koopmans, KLM Cityhopper

Maarten Koopmans has worked for KLM since 1998, after graduating with a Masters degree from the Delft University of Technology. He started in a two-year management trainee program and worked as an operational manager in jet engine maintenance afterwards. In 2003 he became director Airport Strategy. In 2006 he was appointed Head of Airport and Environmental Strategy within KLM. Two and a half years later he moved to Inflight Services to become Vice President Crew Planning & Assignment.

Silje Brandvoll, Widerøe

Silje Brandvoll is an experienced Director of Communications and Public Relation with a demonstrated history of working in the airlines/aviation industry. She is highly skilled in Marketing, Media relations, sustainability, Change Communication and Strategic communication. She holds solid experience as company press spokesperson and has a demonstrated history of working with Communication planning, Crisis Communications and Public Relations. Ms.

Sergey Kiselev, ZeroAvia

Sergey is Head of Europe and CCO at ZeroAvia, one of the leading zero-emission engine innovators and advanced in developing hydrogen-electric propulsion for regional air travel by 2024. He is based in the UK, but responsible also for operations and people in France and the Netherlands. He was an early seed investor in the company, before deciding to join in an executive role after seeing the promise and direction of the company. Prior to joining ZeroAvia, Sergey led e-mobility in Europe for Enel X, the Italian energy major’s advanced energy business line.

Phillip Ashley-Smith, PAS Aviation Group

For the last 25 years Phillip has led the PAS Aviation Group as founder and CEO.  Living in Switzerland with both British and Swiss nationality he has an in-depth understanding of pan European cultural differences, especially related to employment within the diverse aviation communities. With an aviation career spanning 40 years in operations, both on the ground and in the air, together with commercial expertise, the PAS Group provides flight crew (flight-deck and cabin) for leading airlines worldwide.

Gilles Feith, Luxair Luxembourg Airlines

From June 2020 Gilles became Chief Executive Officer at Luxair and was tasked with the relaunch of the airline activities as all aircraft had been grounded since mid-March 2020. Founded in 1961, Luxair has been offering fast air service to most of Europe's largest cities, business centres and international hubs, since 1962. The airline stands for Safe and Clean travelling and prides itself upon providing quality travel both to its business clients and to its leisure customers.

David Manzanas, Binter

David has been the General Manager of Binter Airlines since 2017. He started to work in Naysa, a regional Company part of Binter group fourteen years ago, in the financial department. In this earliest years, as a pilot, he combined flying with the potholders positions of Head of ATO, Training Manager and Flight Operational Manager, and finally as Naysa General Manager he conducted the merger between Naysa and Binter Airline in 2017.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, an MBA and a Line Pilot Transport licence.

Jóhanna á Bergi, Atlantic Airways

Johanna was appointed the CEO of Atlantic Airways in 2015. Previously she was the CEO of the shipping and logistic company, Faroe Ship (2006-2015) owned by Icelandic Eimskip. She started her carrier as a sales manager for Faroe Seafood in France (1994-1998), followed by a position as sales and marketing director for JFK Seafood (1998-2015), which is both a ship-owner and runs fish processing plants. In addition to here leadership positions, she has held diverse board positions for the past several years.

Sandrine de Saint Sauveur, APG Airlines

de Saint Sauveur has been employed by APG since 1993, having worked in all passenger departments of APG in charge of developing sales in both the French and European markets together with the APG Network. From 1999, she developed the IBCS-IATA product, running over 800 contracts around the world. In 2003 she became President & CEO of APG Distribution System, a full subsidiary of APG, and in 2007 she took over APG France and became President & CEO.
