EC adopts new Interpretative Guidelines on EU261 and PRMs
8 August 2024: The European Commission published on 22 July the English texts of the revised Interpretative Guidelines on Regulations (EC) No. 261/2004, 2027/97 and 1107/2006. Once adopted in all the remaining official EU languages, these texts will be published in the Official Journal of the EU and will replace the current interpretative guidelines for these Regulations.
