Day one of the ERA Regional Airline Conference 2019 opened in Prague today, 27 March. This annual event increases in popularity every year and more than 260 delegates attended the 2019 conference.

Disruptive Passengers
With some ERA airline members operating single cabin crew operations, the effect of an unruly passenger on the safety and security of the aircraft and its occupants is amplified. ERA has published a summary and advice to members on safety and security issues caused by disruptive passenger behaviour.
Future events
The 2020 ERA Regional Airline Conference will take place in Malta on 25–26 March 2020. Registration for this event will open mid-late November.
Eurocontrol statistics
EUROCONTROL provides a number of key services to ERA members, including managing the overall European Air Traffic Network, collection of charges, air traffic services and co-ordination and research activities. The intergovernmental organisation provides regular updates to ERA on the performance of its airline members.
