REN Legal – COVID-19 offer

REN Legal specialise in aircraft finance, trading and leasing. The firm is based in the UK,  but has experience of over 40 jurisdictions and typically work with aircraft lessors, banks, airlines, MROs and parts companies. The team has collective experience of nearly 1,000 aircraft and engine transactions and over 30 aircraft and engine repossessions.

REN Legal would like to offer ERA members a free discussion about anything that might be of interest, such as the current state of the market, the specific difficulties they are facing, dealing with individual banks or lessors or anything else where the firm might be able to offer some thoughts and guidance, including some free legal advice. This would be offered on an individual member basis as it is an opportunity for companies to confidentially discuss their own business and issues.  REN Legal would aim to put up two partners for each discussion, one contentious and one non-contentious, so that a wider set of issues can be covered.
