One Sky Solutions (OSS) is an innovative solution for airlines dealing with EU261 and Montreal Convention passenger-related claims. The handling of these claims is now costing the industry many millions of euros per annum and ties up valuable internal resources. Poor management of claims also damages airlines’ relationships with their passengers and can lead to costly litigation.
OSS enables airlines to fully or partially outsource their handling of EU261 and Montreal Convention passenger claims, including pre-court settlements and court settlements and litigation.

Our use of a ‘smart’ two-sided platform connects airlines with our call centre to deal with pre-court claims, and our network of specialist EU law firms to assist airlines with litigation and court settlements.

OSS offers several benefits for airlines, including centralising all passenger claims (as opposed to relying on multiple separate suppliers); reducing costs through greater synergies; improving customer loyalty; and avoiding claims in the first place through data analytics from the platform, which allows airlines to identify problem areas and take preventive measures.
