The drinks reception on Wednesday evening is an extremely popular networking event and a high profile opportunity for sponsors to welcome delegates to the conference by giving a brief welcome speech at the start of the reception. Each delegate will receive an invitation from the sponsor to the reception delivered directly to their hotel room; the sponsor can also send a company brochure with this invitation.
