Johan Pelissier, Airbus

Johan Pelissier was appointed President of the Europe Region for Airbus in January 2024. Based in Toulouse, Pelissier is responsible for driving Airbus’s growth by leveraging the company’s presence, enhancing cross-business capabilities and building localisation strategies across 50+ European countries. He is also responsible for the sales activity of the Commercial Aircraft business in the Europe region.

Marie-Louise Philippe, Embraer

Marie-Louise Philippe has over 21 years of experience in the aviation industry with a rich international career, being based in France, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Netherlands. Philippe served in wide ranging commercial leadership roles at Airbus in procurement and customer affairs. She achieved substantial savings while managing various supplier portfolios and built a strong sales record with customers in Europe and Asia.

Saskia Reijnen

With 24 years of aviation experience, I offer a passionate and humble commitment. My extensive background spans various sectors within air transport, instilling a profound sense of industry responsibility. My current role is with Abelo, a dedicated regional aircraft lessor, who prioritises sustainability and efficiency. In my recent six year role supporting European regional airlines amid the challenges of the pandemic, I fostered valuable relationships and gained insight into our ecosystem's unique challenges.

Simon McNamara

Simon McNamara joined Heart Aerospace in 2023 as its Director Government & Industry Affairs responsible for leading their interaction globally with government bodies, regulators and industry stakeholders with a view to advocating for the advancement of battery electric flight and the ES-30. 

Prior to Heart, Simon led IATA’s activities in the United Kingdom & Ireland engaging with Governments across a range of policy areas including sustainability, consumer affairs, air traffic management, aviation taxation and market competition issues.  

Jiri Marek

Jiri Marek was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Air Serbia in January 2022. Marek joined Air Serbia in July 2019 to lead the Commercial and Strategy department during the airline's ambitious growth plan to become the leading regional carrier in the Balkan region. Under his leadership, network expansion and commercial transformation delivered record-breaking results.

Nico Bezuidenhout

A seasoned professional with more than 20 years executive level experience, 12 of which as Chief Executive Officer, in South African, African and Central Asian Aviation, currently CEO at Aurigny Air Services. Experienced in start-up, steady-state and business restructuring situations and a proven ability to deliver sustainable financial results in organisations ranging from small (<$100mn turnover, < 500 employees) to large (>$3bn annual turnover, > 10,000 employees).

Luis Rodrigues, TAP express operated by Portugália Airlines

Luís Rodrigues is Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of TAP Air Portugal since April 2023. 

He holds a degree in Economics and a MBA from Faculdade de Economia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Nova SBE), in 2003 he took the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and enrolled in the PhD in 2019, in Political Science, at the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas da Universidade de Lisboa (suspended for professional reasons). 

Silje Brandvoll, Widerøe

Silje Brandvoll is an experienced Director of Communications and Public Relation with a demonstrated history of working in the airlines/aviation industry. She is highly skilled in Marketing, Media relations, sustainability, Change Communication and Strategic communication. She holds solid experience as company press spokesperson and has a demonstrated history of working with Communication planning, Crisis Communications and Public Relations. Ms.

Sergey Kiselev, ZeroAvia

Sergey is Head of Europe and CCO at ZeroAvia, one of the leading zero-emission engine innovators and advanced in developing hydrogen-electric propulsion for regional air travel by 2024. He is based in the UK, but responsible also for operations and people in France and the Netherlands. He was an early seed investor in the company, before deciding to join in an executive role after seeing the promise and direction of the company. Prior to joining ZeroAvia, Sergey led e-mobility in Europe for Enel X, the Italian energy major’s advanced energy business line.
