At registration each delegate will receive a useful conference bag. The bag displays the sponsor’s logo prominently on the front. This sponsorship provides good exposure through a visible branding opportunity, as delegates keep these bags after the conference. Sponsors may also include a piece of corporate literature inside the bag.
Sponsors are promoted via ERA media channels as follows:
• sponsor’s brand (logo) on the ERA website, within the event sponsor's section;
• sponsor’s brand (logo) in ERA’s digital magazine Regional International, the event edition and preceding issues;
• sponsor’s brand (logo) on the sponsors’ page of the official event app;
• sponsor’s brand (logo) on sponsors’ promotional banner at the event; and
• promotion via ERA’s social media channels.
