Pierre Muracciole joined Air France Finance in 1984. He was quickly sent abroad to international markets as Head of Finance for Eastern Europe, then to Nairobi, before being appointed VP Administration and Finance for North America in New York.
Back in France in 2000, he first took on the function of Management Controller for the Americas and in 2004 Management Controller of the company's five international regions (Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and Caribbean Indian Ocean). In 2008, he was appointed CFO of Servair before being promoted to Deputy CEO in 2010.
In 2013, Muracciole returned to Air France-KLM as SVP in charge of economic performance for the commercial passenger business and member of the Group Commercial Excom. In 2016, he moved abroad once again as GM Air France-KLM Central Africa and then GM North Africa and Sahel. He left Air France-KLM in 2021 and became part of the ATAF where he is still to date VP and member of the Executive Committee of the association.
He joined Air Corsica in September 2023 as member of the Managing Board before being appointed CEO of the company in December 2023.
Muracciole has a post-graduate degree in business law complemented by training at the CPA HEC business school.
He is chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite, awarded the Medal of Honor of the French National Assembly, and was appointed Foreign Trade Advisor of France in 2016
