Dr. Klaus Radermacher is a results-driven Managing Director and CEO with multi-faceted international industry experience in telecommunications, IT, health, automotive and traffic, finance and venture capital, profound knowledge in technology – especially internet technologies – multimedia, Web 2.0 and Industry 4.0.
As founder & CEO of KRBE GmbH, in Germany, 2011, Radermacher started and established a small company focussing on business excellence and business development to help clients to deploy an appropriate excellence culture within their businesses. Within six months he secured a solid customer base, with very high customer satisfaction and clear value-added for customers. KRBE is a member of the Initiative Ludwig Erhard Preis, the organisation behind the German National Quality Award. Being a licensed EFQM assessor, he conducted many assessments and served as an assessor in the European Excellence Award, the German National Quality Award and at other assessments on multiple occasions.
Radermacher is the (co-)author of several books, scientific papers and other publications. In his work on the holistic analysis and ecological assessment of traffic systems, he was the first one to include the complex infrastructure of the respective systems as well as physical considerations of the movement process.
