Silje Brandvoll, Director of Communications and Public Relations, Widerøe

Silje Brandvoll is an experienced Director of Communications and Public Relations with a demonstrated history of working in the airlines/aviation industry. She is highly skilled in Marketing, Media relations, sustainability, Change Communication and Strategic communication. She holds solid experience as company press spokesperson and has a demonstrated history of working with Communication planning, Crisis Communications and Public Relations. Ms. Brandvoll is a strong media and communication professional with a BA in International Marketing and Management from the Norwegian Business School and Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing from University of Surrey. She left Visit Northern Norway as the CEO in 2011 and has been with Widerøe since, holding her current position in Widerøe from 2016. In 2019, she was appointed Chair of Industry Affairs and Environment and Social group in the European air transport organization ERA(European Regions Airline Association).
