Mark Anzur became CEO and Accountable Manager at Air Montenegro in summer 2023. With a background in economics, commercial, and finance he has worked in different international businesses over the years, focussed on aviation, growth, business strategies and restructuring. Anzur was previously CEO and Accountable Manager at Stobart Air in Dublin, as well as CEO/Accountable Manager at Adria Airways in Ljubljana, Slovenia, where he turned around the company’s market position, revenue and cost structure and financial results, successfully overseeing the privatisation of the company in 2016.
He has also worked as a business consultant, including most recently as a Partner at UNEX Management Consulting based in Hamburg, Germany where he worked on various aviation projects: airline growth and general strategy, restructuring, privatisation, aviation digital sales distribution and revenue generation.
Anzur has extensive knowledge of the European regional market space (EU and UK) and possesses a strong network among European airlines open to co-operation.
