Janne Tarvainen, Managing Director and Accountable Manager of Norra (Nordic Regional Airlines) since August 2019, is an aviation industry professional with more than 25 years of experience in various senior leadership and management roles in airline business and operations, air cargo and MRO.
His work experience includes governance responsibilities, operational and business responsibilities, and significant change management in an international, rapidly-changing environment. Tarvainen has led several transformational development projects and performed major organisational changes and restructuring to improve operational safety, quality, cost competitiveness and business growth.

Leading people and leadership in general, as well as change and managing change have always been inspiring challenges and items of interest for him.

Tarvainen holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering.
