Juan Montero

Juan Montero is Director at the Florence School of Regulation of the European University Institute, Professor of Administrative Law and Regulation at UNED University (Madrid) and of counsel in MLAB.
He has 20 years of experience in the regulation of network industries in particular transport (aviation and railways) and telecoms, and the digitalization of network industries. He has published extensively on these topics. His last book is “The Rise of the New Network Industries. Regulating Digital Platforms” (Routledge) with Prof. Finger.
