Tours Val de Loire Airport, located in the French central region, serves as the primary commercial passenger airport. It welcomes 200,000 passengers annually with flights to six destinations: London Stansted, Porto, Marrakech, Marseille, Ajaccio and Bastia.

The airport also handles over 1,000 business movements each year. Notably, it serves as a significant hub for flights related to organ transplants to and from Tours Hospitals.
