Regina Pouzolz leads the Sustainable Flight team at Deutsche Aircraft, where she is driving the development of the D328eco and future aircraft with the objective to make them the most climate-friendly possible, taking into account the real operational world of regional aviation.
Pouzolz holds a PhD in aerospace engineering from TU Munich, where her research –conducted in collaboration with Airbus’ Future Projects Office in Toulouse – focused on climate-friendly aircraft design. She also has an engineering diploma from École Centrale Paris.
Her career spans advanced aircraft and engine design roles at Airbus and MTU Aero Engines, as well as business development for small engines at MTU. Prior to joining Deutsche Aircraft in 2021, Pouzolz spent two years as a strategy and product design consultant at McKinsey.
