Private Meeting Rooms

We have a limited selection of private meeting rooms available for hire at the 2020 ERA General Assembly for ERA member companies.

Step 1 - register your interest

To register your interest in booking one of these private meeting rooms, please complete the form below.

Step 2 - how you book your room

All member companies who have registered an interest will be sent a floorplan and instruction on Tuesday 25 February at 3pm (UK time) detailing information on how to book a meeting room. Rooms will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and only offered to those who have registered an interest prior to this date. 

The private meeting rooms are an additional benefit to the event and is not the main purpose of the General Assembly, therefore, please be aware of the following:

  • priority booking is offered to those members who exhibited or sponsored at the 2019 General Assembly and also attended the General Assembly information meeting on 30 January this year;
  • we have a limited number of rooms available and unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate all requests;
  • only one room per company;
  • rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis in order of emails received;
  • for those companies who are not successful in booking a room I can provide contact details for the hotel who will be able to assist you with booking a suite.
