Eastern Airways, ‘The UK’s regional airline’, founded in 1997, remains both an independent airline and a leading operator of UK and European scheduled services with a diverse fleet mix suited to PSO and multi-frequency operations. We remain Europe’s leading long-term provider of fixed-wing air support to the oil, gas and renewable energy sectors while also offering growing support to major European and domestic sports teams plus corporate clients especially through our flexible E170 operations. We are also a growing supplier of multi-fleet regional ACMI provision including to current ERA members such as KLM Cityhopper among many others. With approaching a decade of IOSA accreditation, own in-house UK Part-145 maintenance organisation, E-Jet and J41 TRTO and on-site J41 simulator, Eastern Airways has a long history within the ERA including Gold and Silver awards as Airline of the Year during our membership.
