This session will open with a keynote address from Pierre-Olivier Bandet, President, HOP! and Air France Executive Committee member and will be followed by a panel discussion on airline alliances, joint industry ventures and partnerships. How as an industry can we collaborate to continue to expand and grow the business to ensure our industry continues to evolve to meet the ever-growing demands of the passenger? What is new for future joint ventures, partnerships and airline alliances for our industry and are there lessons to be learnt from other regions and different business models? This session will provide stimulating, motivational and impactful conversations between some of our industry’s most senior leaders and will be chaired and led by Mikael Wångdahl, VP External Production, SAS. The session panellists include:

Coaches will depart at the end of the cocktail reception from the Congress Centre for the dinner venue. All delegates should be ready to depart by 1945 hours sharp. Due to the location of the dinner, delegates are requested to only use the coaches provided and to not take taxis directly to the location.

An integral part of the General Assembly is the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is the official meeting for the association’s members and is chaired by the association’s officially elected President, Andrew Kelly. Members are provided with an overview of the activities and work carried out by the association since the last members’ meeting in Edinburgh and to understand the forthcoming plans, initiatives and principal focus of the association for the next 12-month period. Main member representatives are able to vote on ERA’s finances, strategy and other key items. Delegates from ERA member companies can attend and are encouraged to do so.
