Registration - Members only


The ERA General Assembly is a members-only event. Only delegates from ERA member companies may register to attend.  If you register as working for a member company, but do not, you will not be permitted attendance to the event.

The ERA General Assembly will take place on 17-19 October at the Athenaeum Intercontinental, 89-93 Syngrou Avenue, 11745 Athens, Greece. If your company name is missing or you have a query, please contact or call +44 (0)1276 856495 to speak to one of the business development team.  Please note that registration fees are subject to VAT which is chargeable at the Greek rate of 24% and will be added to the registration costs listed below during the booking process.

Discount hotel accommodation is available at the event hotel via our website only. You can book your hotel accommodation at the end of the delegate registration process.  ERA or the ERA General Assembly is not affiliated with any external organisations to sell hotel accommodation at the Athenaeum Intercontinental hotel therefore if you receive a phone call from another organisation or housing provider, they are not authorised by ERA to contact you. Please note the following cancellation terms and conditions:
- no charges will be incurred by the delegate if full or part cancellation is received on or before 12 September 2017;
- cancellations or room reductions received between 13 September 2017 and 29 September 2017 will be charged one night's accommodation;
- the hotel will charge one night's stay deposit in order to guarantee the reservation
- full and part cancellations will be charged in full from 30 September 2017 (including ‘no show’s or early departures).
